Shipping within the USA and Canada

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose. Orders are shipped during normal business hours only (Mon-Fri; excluding holidays). Products are shipped via UPS, except for oversized items or other circumstances in which another courier will be used. Standard ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Some packages are sent requiring an adult signature. If you request no signature, we will deem the courier’s shipping record as a completed delivery and you will assume any responsibility for loss or damage after the package is delivered.

Next Day, 2nd Day & 3rd Day Shipping

 

We give priority processing to these orders and most orders are shipped within one business day depending on the availability of the items and verification of payment. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order within the specified time. Please contact Customer Service if you have specific deadline and we will make our best efforts to satisfy your order.

 

International Shipping (includes Puerto Rico, Guam and The Virgin Islands)

 

We gladly accept orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address of your order. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and sent out within 2 business days of us receiving them and are only processed and shipped during normal business hours. Since our merchandise can ship from different warehouses, the time and day that you place your order may affect when your order is ready to ship. For example, an order placed Saturday afternoon may not ship until Monday morning. We send out email notifications regarding order related issues including problems with credit card approval, changes in the expected shipping time frame and item availability updates.

Order Status and Tracking

 

Once the order has been shipped, the tracking information will be emailed to you. The order status and tracking information can also be monitored online by logging in to your account. You may also call 1-877-ATOM-020 (1-877-286-6020) ext. 703 for help.  You can also email the Customer Service department at info@atomiccarparts.com and be sure to include your order number in the subject line.  

 

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

 

If you refuse delivery on an item you will not be refunded shipping charges to your specified delivery location or back to us.  The actual shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all refused or undeliverable shipments. You may change the delivery address only if the shipment is still in transit. Please contact the Customer Care department immediately for an address change or update. If additional shipping expenses are incurred due to a customer that provides an incorrect shipping address, those costs will be charged to the credit card used for the order and the customer will be made aware of this via email. If an error was made by on our part or the part of the shipping company, we will absorb the extra shipping expenses and make best efforts to expedite the shipment to you.
